What are you trying to articulate here? Not to be rude, but I’m not fully understanding what your little blurb on megstiel was meant to say. What I’m getting is that they just had a caretaker/patient relationship, which isn’t true. Before Cas became her patient of sorts was when they shared that kiss. There was no ulterior motive. She just felt like kissing him. And he reciprocated. They used pet names with one another. It seems he wrote poetry about her. They literally spoke with each other about having sex onscreen. That’s pretty damn canon.
As I said about hanstiel, debatable. But if we’re looking in comparison to destiel, which the op was, an onscreen kiss is significant paired with being genuinely mistaken as a couple (not just having such a thing joked about by friends/enemies/allies to make them uncomfortable. complete strangers.)
